I was very pleased with the shippment time frame, not at all happy with the return policy. It was shipped back over three weeks ago received answer via email almost two weeks ago letting me know when it was being shipped back out, it was a birthday present for my boyfriend (10/26/09) guess
what , it's not here and I let the person know via email I needed it back by this date. Won't order from this person or company again.
